It makes a lot of sense to invest in Gold and Silver - it is something that I have been thinking about for a while now. I am far from an expert on the matter but I have a feeling that investing in Gold or Silver, even though sacrificing interest, dividends etc. is just better and feels 'safer'. 7kMetals looks like a very good platform. I hope my Comment will answer some questions that were raised, and not add confusion--and please correct me if I've got anything wrong: 1) No brown-bottle 3% HP; 2) Instead, use 3% Food Grade HP. It's available ready-mixed, or you can DIY, i.e., dilute w/distilled water down to 3% (from 35%, 12% or 6%, or whatever); 3) you can pour the 3% straight into the diffuser just as you would plain water; and 4) you can let the HP remain in the diffuser just as you would your regular water/E.O. mixture.

No, it's not water with extra oxygen! It's water with extra an Hydrogen. Dilution to .04% HH2O or less is safe and will nebulize the virus safely. There isn't a benefit of an extra oxygen!

I love YL, and I looked up Great Salt Lake and read the comments. They say it isn't good salt, but they use it on roads not on the table. It isn't bad for you, and probably would not hurt you, but why hype it up. I drink YL vitality drops once in a while and love the taste, but not sure I will buy it again because I drink a lot of water anyway. The magnesium content is good in Great Salt Lake, and so a plus to me.

How long after drinking coffee is it OK to take your supplements?

DHEA supplements seem to make my skin break out.
